The rockered ends drive the float and let the ski pivot and slash in tight terrain, the camber keeps a real edge on firm snow between storms, and the longer radius resists hooking when conditions turn rough. Skipping metal keeps the ride energetic and forgiving; the trade is damping, and when the chop turns heavy and fast the Atris can get knocked around where a metal-laminate ski stays planted.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt suits advanced and expert freeriders at mountains that see real snowfall — skiers who want genuine float without committing to a dedicated powder ski, and who value pivot and pop over a locked-down feel.
