Bataleon Women's Stereo 2026/2027

The Bataleon Women's Stereo is a true-twin, all-mountain freestyle snowboard for women riding from beginner into intermediate who want one deck for park laps and cruising the rest of the hill. Bataleon rates the flex a soft-medium 4/10 on its own soft-to-stiff scale and pitches it as easy to progress on, which reads true: this is a board you can bend, press and learn on. The 3D Twin outline is symmetrical end to end with centered inserts, so riding and landing switch feel identical in both directions.

The forgiving feel comes from Bataleon's 3BT base shape. Under the bindings the base keeps positive camber running tip to tail for pop and grip, while toward the tip and tail the two outer side bases are floated up off the snow, and Low SideKick 2.0 raises them a little further just past the widest points. Because those outer edges sit above the snow line, they are slow to catch: the board turns in quickly and a flat or crooked landing is far less likely to hook. Medium camber and a tri-radial sidecut still leave enough grip to lay a carve on a groomer.

On terrain the Women's Stereo leans park-first, with all-mountain cruising close behind and powder last - Bataleon's own terrain graph prints the powder bar shortest. A centered twin on medium camber has little surface to float once the snow gets deep, so it is not a powder board. It is also no straight-line speed machine: the soft-medium flex trades high-speed damping for an easy, playful ride. Riders who want a stiffer, damper, hard-charging twin should look at the Stereo Team, and anyone after a directional, setback freeride or carving deck should look elsewhere.

The Women's Stereo comes in 141, 144, 147 and 150, with no wide sizes in this range. Effective edge runs 105.3 cm at the 141 up to 111.8 cm at the 150, and the waist widens from 23.4 to 24.6 cm across the run.
