About the Product
The Smith Liberty Mips is a women’s all-mountain helmet for skiers who want a rugged lid they can fine-tune through the day. Its hybrid shell trades a little weight for a harder-wearing exterior, so it holds up to years of chairlift bars, gear bags, and dropped goggles. The Regulator vent control lets you shed heat on the way up and shut the vents against a cold wind, and the VaporFit dial snugs the helmet to your head rather than leaving you with whatever a fixed lid gives you.
It suits a rider who wants Koroyd energy absorption and Mips rotational-impact protection in a helmet sized Small through Large, which favors small to mid-size heads. If you never open a vent or reach for a dial, a simpler helmet will do the job; the Liberty earns its place for skiers who like to adjust as the day and the weather change.
