About the Product
The Smith Nexus Mips is an all-mountain ski helmet built around complete Koroyd coverage, an Exoskeleton that reinforces the side-impact zones, Mips rotational protection, and a BOA 360 dial fit. Smith builds it for skiers who log many days and want protection that holds up season after season.
A hybrid shell pairs a durable hardshell exterior with a lightweight in-molded shell, and complete Koroyd runs throughout to absorb energy while keeping the helmet vented. The 24-vent design adjusts front and rear to regulate airflow, a sweat-wicking, odor-fighting liner keeps the interior warm, and AirEvac venting is built to work with a Smith goggle. The BOA 360 dial tunes the fit one-handed, the Fidlock buckle closes with gloves on, the ear pads come out, and it stays Aleck audio compatible.
This lid suits an all-mountain or resort skier who wants a durable, protection-forward helmet with a dial fit and Smith goggle integration. The Nexus comes in a standard shape and a Round Contour Fit for rounder heads, in sizes S through XL, with most colorways carrying Mips.
