What sets it apart from the stiffer Team above it is flex: Nitro gives the One increased baseplate flexibility and a softer, surf-inspired feel, so pressing a nose, buttering a flat, or landing a little off-axis is forgiving rather than punishing. The hold comes from a 3D OptiFrame ankle strap tuned for comfort and support with 3D contours, plus an Übergrip toe strap that works either over the top of the boot or capped around the toe, so you can set it the way your boot likes. A 3-degree canted footbed angles your feet toward a natural stance, and the Speedwheel 3.0 ratchets with cable-reinforced connector straps keep buckling quick and the straps free of stretch.
