About the Product
The Sender Soul 102 is Rossignol's do-it-all freeride ski — 102mm underfoot, wide enough to float on a soft day but still a realistic daily driver in the Cascades. The key to how it skis is the Titanal Beam underfoot: a metal layer that runs edge-to-edge around the binding (not a full sheet end to end), so you get the grip and damping of metal where it counts without the weight and effort of a full Titanal ski. A PEFC poplar core and the Air Tip keep the tips light and floaty.
It suits an intermediate-to-advanced skier who wants one ski for most of the season — groomers, trees, soft snow, mixed chop — and likes a planted but playful feel. If your days are almost all firm groomers, it's wider than you need (look at something in the 80s underfoot); if you're chasing deep powder days specifically, go wider still. Comes mounted with Rossignol's NX 12 system binding.
