The CAPiTA Paradise is a women's all-mountain snowboard — a directional twin on a hybrid-camber profile that CAPiTA files under Resort, its bucket for do-everything decks. The nose and tail measure the same at every length, but the stance sits back 0.5in, so it points and floats a touch more than a centered twin while still riding switch. That setback, not a tapered outline, is where its mild directional feel comes from. It is not the women's park twin (that role goes to the Birds of a Feather), and powder is not its job either.

The Resort V3 profile puts camber between the feet to grip and drive a turn, with the contact points lifted on rockered tips so the board enters a turn cleanly and keeps its nose up when the snow softens. Flex is a soft-ish Twin 5 on CAPiTA's own scale. Under the topsheet sits a Multizone Dual Core of poplar and beech — poplar for a light, springy body, beech worked in for pop and durability — with four 30mm carbon boosters for snap, forgiving biaxial Special Blend glass over a sintruded Superdrive ADV base that takes wax well without demanding a strict tuning routine. The sidecut is a plain single-radius Radial: a predictable, honest carve rather than a hard-snow grip specialist.

CAPiTA builds the Paradise for the intermediate woman stepping up — forgiving enough to be easy, cambered enough to keep teaching. It is the wrong board for an outright beginner, for a powder-first rider, and for anyone after a stiff, damp charger; the women's Freeride line covers that end. It runs seven lengths from 139 to 151, with a separate Wide for larger boots, all at $529.95.
