关于产品
The Look Pivot 2.0 13 GW is the updated version of one of skiing's most recognizable bindings, now with a DIN range of 4.5–13 — meaning it covers skiers from lighter intermediates up through aggressive advanced riders who don't need to push past 13 on the release scale. The headline tech is the heel: Look's turntable mechanism rotates directly under the tibia axis, giving you 28mm of heel elastic travel, which Look rates as one of the largest heel-travel figures of any alpine binding. On snow that translates to genuine shock absorption through chunky snow, variable pack, and hard landings without the binding pre-releasing when you don't want it to. The toe adds another 45mm of multi-directional elastic travel with 180° release. For the 2026 version, Look upgraded durability — widened heel arms, added heel-guard bumpers, and made the heel DIN screw easier to turn — and swapped the flat-head adjustment screws for Posi-Drive, with the heel lever zone extended so you don't catch fingers during step-in. Boot compatibility covers traditional Alpine soles (ISO 5355) and GripWalk (ISO 23223 A) — the two most common sole standards — but this is not an MNC/multinorm binding, so touring or tech soles don't fit. It comes in four brake widths: 75, 95, 105, and 115mm; match the brake to your ski's waist width within roughly 15mm.
This binding suits advanced all-mountain and freeride skiers who want the Pivot's retention and elastic travel without needing a DIN setting above 13. Lighter or less aggressive riders who previously felt the original Pivot was over-engineered for them will find the 4.5–13 range now starts at a genuinely usable setting. Who should not buy this: if your DIN setting consistently needs to be set above 11 or 12 — typically heavier, very aggressive, or race-oriented skiers — the Pivot 2.0 13's max release value won't hold you securely in a hard charge, and you want the Pivot 2.0 15 GW (DIN 6–15, aluminum toe, $100 more) instead. Also worth noting: the 13 GW's toe piece is a plastic Full-Action toe, not the aluminum Race Aluminum Toe found on the 15 GW — it's a real durability difference if you're hard on gear or ski significant vertical. And if your waist is wider than 115mm, none of these brake options cover you cleanly; step up to a binding with a wider brake option.
