About the Product
The Arcade 84 is Rossignol's frontside all-mountain carver — an 84mm waist with a short turn radius for quick, precise edge-to-edge carving, plus enough width and tip/tail rocker to handle the soft and variable snow you actually find off the groomer. The key to how it skis is the Titanal Beam underfoot: a strip of metal around the binding (not a full sheet end to end), so you get metal's grip and damping where it matters while the ski stays light and quick rather than heavy and demanding. A poplar core and Rossignol's VAS tip inserts keep chatter down.
It's aimed at advanced-to-expert skiers who spend most of their time carving and charging on and around the piste and want a quick, energetic quiver-of-one. If you're a beginner or early intermediate it's more ski than you need, and if you're chasing deep powder you'll want something wider — the Arcade 84 is a frontside-first ski, not a powder tool.
