Jones TwinCraft Snowboard 2026/2027

The Jones TwinCraft is a new 26/27 powder board that finds its float in width, not length. Jones specs the shape as a Directional Twin: an extra wide twin outline, not a symmetrical true twin. Waists run 25.6cm on the 146 out to 27.2cm on the 162, over a tight sidecut of 6.3m to 7.1m. Powder 10, All-Mountain 7, Freestyle 8. Flex 3/5.

True Camber runs the full length — one continuous arc, no rocker section in it, at the Medium camber height marked on Jones's diagram, with a Pow Kick at each tip. Jones credits the camber and those kicks with float and pop, then stops. No geometry, no dimension, no mechanism for the kick itself, so we add none. The base takes the Low grade of 3D Contour, the mildest Jones fits; on this deck the float is coming from the outline. Master Core, biax glass, a Bcomp Carbon Flax Stringer, Premium topsheet, Sintered 8000 base.

It is a storm-day tool with a freestyle streak: slash, pop off pillows, ride away switch. It is not a one-board season, though. Jones's own All-Mountain bar reads 7 here, against 10 on the Mountain Twin. Park-first riders want the Tweaker 2.0. First-season riders should skip it, because unbroken camber engages an edge earlier than a rockered profile forgives one.

And if you are here because the waist looks wide and your boots are long: stop. That width is there to float snow, not to fit feet. Jones puts real W widths on other boards; send us the boot size and we will send you to one of those.

PTO stocked all five lengths in Turquoise, 146 through 162. It ships as a bare deck, and the Mercury FASE is the binding Jones names for it. A volume-shifted board does not size like a normal one, so tell us the length you usually ride, your weight and your boot size. We will do the arithmetic, mount the bindings and set your angles.
