Nitro Phantom Bindings 2027

The Nitro Phantom is a men's all-mountain snowboard binding. Nitro scores it Response 8 and Comfort 10 on its own 1–10 scale, but the headline trait is fit: Nitro calls the Phantom the widest foot tray in its binding line, which makes it the natural pick for a rider on a medium-to-wide boot who wants room to dial the fit. That means a comfortable, fully supported foothold edge to edge, whether you're cruising groomers or pushing through chop.

The Phantom's ankle strap is the 3D OptiFrame Flex Strap, which Nitro describes as natural flex paired with comfort and control; the carve-focused Phantom+ instead runs the Premium Locked Down Strap and is scored Response 9. Underfoot the Phantom runs Air Dampening and HYPER Foam, so vibration on firm snow is well controlled, and the 3-degree canted footbed keeps your knees in a natural stance for long days. The new Übergrip Pro integral toe strap wraps the toe box, and the new Speedwheel 3.0 buckles with cable-reinforced ratchets keep the connection tight without stretching out.
