About the Product
The POC Calyx is a genuine three-discipline helmet — certified for skiing, mountaineering, and cycling — built around an ABS shell, dual-density EPS liner, and MIPS Evolve rotational-impact protection. Ventilation runs through deep linear channels plus adjustable top openings, so you can dial airflow whether you're lapping groomers or skinning uphill. The 360° fit dial tucks fully inside the helmet when not in use, making it compact enough to pack alongside your other gear. Included: removable soft earpads, goggle clip, fleece-lined neck warmer, and a RECCO reflector. Certified EN 1077 Class B, EN 1078 (cycling), and EN 12492 (mountaineering).
This is a helmet for people who genuinely move between disciplines and want one quality lid for all of it. It is not a dedicated high-performance ski race or freeride helmet — if all you do is ski, a single-sport helmet at this price point may fit your head and your needs better. No visor, no active ventilation system beyond the channels and top openings.
