The Revent GT AMID Visor is Atomic's top-of-the-line adult visor helmet, built around two ideas: keeping your brain safer on real impacts and keeping goggles out of your jacket pocket for good. The integrated HD double lens raises and lowers one-handed, seals cleanly against your face, and eliminates the gap you get when goggles and a helmet don't quite agree. Underneath the hybrid shell — ABS hard-shell on top, in-mold lower — sits Atomic's own AMID 360° rotational-impact system, which redirects oblique-angle energy rather than just absorbing direct force. The Merino 3M X-Static lining is removable and handles odor better than a standard fleece pad. Who this isn't for: if you already own a goggle setup you love and have no interest in a built-in lens, the non-visor Revent GT AMID is a cleaner buy at a lower price. And if you primarily ski the park or need a helmet rated for steeper certification standards, this helmet's Class B rating is a resort all-mountain spec, not a racing or freeride one.
